Airport Shuttle
The DoubleTree Hotel Houston Airport offers complimentary shuttle transportation from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to the hotel. Shuttle service is available between 4:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.
Airport pickup is on demand, due to the size of the airport and number of terminals, and the guest should call the hotel at 281-848-4000 by cell phone when they have arrived and picked up their luggage. Some terminals also have a courtesy phone near the “Hotel Shuttles” exit in the Baggage Claim area. Upon calling the hotel will ask which Terminal they are at (A, B, C, D or E) and directions will be given to the guest on where to meet the shuttle, then van will be radio dispatched. They may also ask the guest to take the tram to a different terminal for pickup due to construction. Please be advised that it can take up to 30min for the shuttle to get there depending upon the time that the call is made and where the shuttle is at the time they receive the radio pick up request.

Departures from the hotel to the airport are scheduled every 30 minutes, on the hour and the half-hour. The airlines recommend that the traveller arrives at the airport two hours prior to departure.
The Hotel staff will only provide general information about the hotel and guest rooms; and are not responsible for any specific details about the conference. Guest room confirmation numbers will be provided to the registrants periodically on successful completion of the registration and accommodation bookings.
